Our Director
Bridget Isichei
Master of Educational Leadership, Bachelor of Education (ECEC), Diploma of Teaching (ECEC) and Cert IV Training and Assessment

Bridget Isichei is the director of Northern Rivers Preschools- Coogera, Cavanbah, Kunghur and Nature Hearts. Bridget has a master's degree in educational administration and leadership, a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment. Bridget has 15 years' experience in various senior early childhood management roles and over 26 years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector, in New Zealand, England, Thailand, Vanuatu and Australia. Bridget is currently president of the Northern Rivers Preschool Alliance (an organisation that supports 42 local preschools in Northern NSW). Bridget is also the editor of Early Childhood Australia’s (ECA) Everyday Learning Series and is a member of ECA’s Publications Advisory Panel. Bridget is driven to continually push for excellence in ECEC, knowing the life altering effect quality centres have on children across their lifespan. She cares deeply about the individual emotional safety of every child, and knows each unique child deserves to be an active participant in a responsive program where they truly belong. Bridget’s children attend Lennox Head Public School, and she lives locally with her partner, two children and two dogs- Pip and Pebbles.
