Sheridan Waddell is the Assistant Director and Educational Leader at the Coogera Centre. Sheridan has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher for over 10 years. Sheridan’s pedagogy and practice reflects that of a Teacher who values relationships and the important role children, families, staff and wider community play in an Early Childhood environment. She is always open to new ways of learning and development and sees the importance of open ended play and child lead learning experiences. Play based learning is at the core of her pedagogical practice and is reflected in her teaching strategies and the approaches she takes in the Early Childhood learning environment.
